Oil & Gas Equipment
Across the Process
From wellstream handling to final transfer, each stage of oil and gas processing places different demands on pressure containment, phase separation, filtration, temperature control, and storage. The equipment selected for each duty must match the actual fluid properties, operating pressure, temperature, flow rate, and required process performance.
Oil & Gas Process Equipment We Manufacture
ChannelVessel manufactures pressure vessels, separators, filter vessels, heat exchangers, storage tanks, and process skids for oil and gas projects. Equipment can be customized to project drawings, process data, material requirements, design codes, nozzle arrangements, inspection requirements, and site conditions.
Oil-Water Separators
Reliable liquid-liquid separation for oil and produced-water applications.

Oil & Gas Operating
Conditions
Oil and gas equipment often operates under high pressure, changing flow conditions, corrosive media, multiphase streams, and continuous-duty requirements. Equipment must be engineered not only for the process itself, but also for the operating environment, maintenance strategy, site conditions, and project specifications.
for a More Efficient
Oil & Gas Industry
High Pressure & Variable
Operating Conditions
Oil and gas systems may experience high design pressures, changing production rates, and fluctuating operating conditions throughout the life of a field.
Sour & Corrosive Service
H₂S, CO₂, water, chlorides, and other corrosive components can create demanding material and corrosion-control requirements.
Multiphase Fluids
Production streams may contain gas, oil, water, condensate, and solids at the same time, making reliable separation and handling especially important.
Produced Water & Contaminants
Produced water, suspended solids, and process contaminants must often be removed or controlled before downstream treatment, storage, or disposal.
Continuous & Remote
Operation
Many upstream and midstream facilities operate continuously and may be located far from major maintenance resources, increasing the importance of reliability and maintainability.
Project & Site Requirements
Equipment may need to meet project-specific codes, inspection requirements, transportation limits, skid dimensions, installation conditions, and documentation requirements.
Supporting Upstream and Midstream Projects
From wellstream handling to gas conditioning, filtration, storage and transfer, ChannelVessel supports upstream and midstream projects with equipment configurations tailored to the duty, site conditions, maintenance needs and project specifications.

A Stronger Tomorrow
Built, Inspected and Documented
for Oil & Gas Projects
Oil and gas equipment must arrive on site ready for installation and service—not simply complete fabrication. ChannelVessel controls the manufacturing process from approved drawings and material preparation through welding, inspection, pressure testing, surface treatment and final documentation.
Material Control
Material grade, thickness and traceability are checked against approved project requirements before fabrication begins.
Forming & Welding
Plate cutting, rolling, fit-up and welding are carried out according to approved drawings, welding procedures and fabrication requirements.
NDT & Weld Inspection
Weld quality can be verified by project-required inspection methods, including visual inspection and applicable NDT such as X-ray examination.
Dimensional & Assembly Check
Vessel dimensions, nozzle orientation, supports, interfaces and critical assembly points are checked before final testing.
Pressure Testing
Hydrostatic or project-specified pressure testing is performed to verify pressure-retaining integrity before shipment.
Surface Treatment & Final Inspection
Blasting, painting, stainless-steel surface treatment and final inspection are completed according to the equipment material and project specification.
